These soundpacks were all made by John Coble for use with Mike Collins's NetMECCG (1 2 3 4) program. I took over the duty of having them publically available since he decided to give up on MECCG. I no longer have the short filename soundpacks, because the Win3.1x version of NetMECCG is no longer being made, and the new version is not backwards compatible. If, for some reason, you want the short filename version of any pack, just email me at chad@tharasix.com and I can send them to you as an attachment. Just click on the appropriate link below to download the soundpack. They tend to be between 500 kb and 1.5 Mb, so beware all you modem people. The soundpacks will only work with Windows 9x/NT/2000/XP. All you have to do is unzip the file into your cardsnd subdirectory of NetMECCG (ie c:\netmeccg\cardsnd\). You will need an unzip program to access the sound files in the zip files. I use Winzip. If anybody wishes to make contributions to more soundpacks, I'd be willing to recieve them.
